My biggest and most important job as a coach is not to light a
fire beneath you, but rather to build a fire within you propelling
you to accomplish your goals. You are the expert -- my passion
is to see you blossom and use your gifts, skills, and strengths
to the fullest.
My style is to ask a lot of challenging questions, and reflect back
to you what I hear, always drawing you out of the trees and a
little bit above the forest, so that you will see things from a
bigger perspective than you ever have.
My temperament makes me get excited and energized right
along with you. It is what makes me absolutely love this
process with my clients.
My training will help you to take that vision and put meaningful
steps to it that will make it an attainable goal -- and the steps
themselves a worthwhile journey.
My greatest joy is to see you come up with a strategy that is right
for you. Then I grin as I watch you get so excited about seeing
your vision concretely -- live and in color -- that you have this
amazing momentum that propels you to begin to live a dream
you never really considered fully before.
